Extrusion line

M7B-2800QL7 layer barrier film line from Jinming which has incorporated all their latest designs. This line has been successful in processing high barrier film with unsymmetrical structure, including one layer of EVOH, 3 layers of Nylon and two tie layers of adhesive resin. The formulation for seven layer unsymmetrical structure was difficult to process. Advanced design features are required to process resin with this type of formulation. Different screw designs were required for diverse resin to guarantee plastizing effect. This extrusion line  can  handle different melt temperature and rheological properties as well, so the product film will have high clarity and stable layer ratio. This line also incorporates a newly developed gravimetric dosing system and film thickness control system.

Pouch bag machine GSD-60SZL II.

This latest pouch bag machine is able to make stand up pouch bags with BOTH folded bottom or insert bottom. This is an exciting new feature that has never been offered before. The pouch bag machine is equipped with  two unwind sections. A truly versatile pouch bag machine that can make most of the bags in the market today.

Cast Film Line

PEC represents the premier manufacturer in China for CAST FILM LINES. They are the leader in CPP/CPE film line, PVB Glass Interlayer film line, EVA high viscosity film line. They deliver over 30 cast film lines a year to both domestic and international customers.

Slitter rewinder

We will exhibit information about our very popular G6 slitter. It is very compact design slitter that handles film of thickness of up to 20 mil (500 microns).   Also, we will be presenting our other two main slitter rewinder models, the G3 and G5 slitters that have independent unwind stand and high productivity cantilever design.
