Our Plastic Processing Equipment and Machinery Lines:

1. Slitter Rewinders: Several of our machines have been sold to the US and Canada. One of our new models, a very compact, high speed slitter was introduced at the 2009 NPE. The plastic processing equipment company, of which models we are offering,  adapts international components and design features on all of their machines. They are a leading plastic equipment manufacturing company in China specialized in slitters rewinders.

2. Pouch Bag Machines: The machines we supply have been used widely in China and all over Asia. Their quality, design and productivity are approaching North American standards. The plastic processing machinery company we procuring our models from is specialized in pouch bag machines and became one of the backbones in packaging machinery industry in China.

3. Film Extrusion Lines: We offer European technology in multi-layer co-extrusion lines. Over 12 lines have been sold in North America so far.  Our offering also include a wide range of products from mono-layer film line to 9 layer co-ex lines. Applications for food packaging, heavy duty shipping sacks, geo-membrane, construction and agricultural films. Medical packaging. We also offer blow moulding machines. Our machinery, the Plastic Film Extruder lines, are manufacured by the  No. 1 extruder manufacturer in China.

4. Corona Treaters:  Our products have been used in many installations in North America.  We have a wide range of models of different electrical power ratings with excellent value. The plastic processing equipment company, of which products we offer, is the biggest corona treater manufacturer from China.

5. Plastic Bag Making Machines: We offer many different types of bag making equipments for various applications. Handle bags, garbage bags,  zipper bags, medical pouches, flower sleeves etc.  All machines are equipped with name brand servo drives  and  durable components. They are coming from a partner company that has sold more than 1,000 bag machines a year. It is probably the biggest in volume in China.

6. Cast Film Lines: We offer several very advanced production lines for stretch film and other cast film products. The company we are offering the products of utilizes all European designs for their cast film lines.  All the critical electrical and control components are supplied by global vendors.
