Nine-Layer High Barrier Cast Film Extrusion Film Line

The newly launched nine-layer co-extrusion high barrier film line has high performance and digital energy-saving features. The machine is 3000mm wide and is equipped with the digital fully-automated control system and a proprietary intellectualization remote control system.

This kind of system can effectively decrease the number of operators required, save labor cost and have remote control ability. This nine-layer co-extrusion high barrier film line is equipped with a newly designed high speed cutting-and-slitting and energy-saving plasticizing screw to decrease the waste on film production. We have developed the nine-layer co-extrusion feedblock module and multi –layer die which can improve the extrusion precision of the nine-layer co-extrusion film and improve the barrier property.
