This extruder has an improved design for double-bubble forming heat-shrinkable blown film technology. The system features advanced mandrel concentric die, internal bubble cooling system, infrared radiant heaters, temperature measurement module, tension control system, and automated dual-station gap, surface, and central rotating winders.
It excels in producing POF shrinkable film by processing PP and PE. The film product has high quality transparency and elasticity. It is resistant to low temperatures and has a high shrinkable ratio. The heat shrinkable film produced is environmentally friendly and is widely used for packaging food, beverages, medicine, cosmetics, stationary, magazines, video tapes, and electrical parts. |
