Slitter Rewinders - high quality new slitting equipment for plastic film

Our Slitter Rewinders machinery line offers a broad range of equipment for different substrates: flexible plastic film, paper, metalized and laminated plastic film. Currently we offer four main models, the WB, G3, G5 and G6 slitter rewinders.

Our slitting technology is well designed to easily complement other units from our plastic processing equipment offering as well as any industry standard machinery in your plastic converting line.

The WB and G6 slitter rewinder models offer a compact and cost effective solution in slitting. These machines have an one-piece construction for rapid installation and start-up. They occupy small space and are most suitable for small to medium sized factories. The WB and G6 slitter rewinders have very short distance between unwind and rewind is best for smaller master rolls and the finished rolls have excellent quality.

The G3 and G5 slitting machines use independent unwind stands and connect to the unwind section by a bridge. This technology occupies larger space. These are high productivity cantilever slitters, which can handle a wide range of flexible materials. Their tension control system can work with lower quality film or difficult to handle materials. Knife positioning is accurate and allows for fine adjustments during set-up speed. All four of our main models are designed to produce high quality finished rolls with outstanding efficiency. The excellent economy of the operation of our slitter equipment is signified by easy job repeatability.
