Our Pouch Bag Machine line caters all possible plastic pouch bag making machinery needs.

The main plastic bag types our machines can produce are: Vacuum Pouches Stand-Up Pouches Medical Pouches. Generally,  our machines are capable of producing pouches up to 120 bags per minute. For certain size of bags, the machines can operate two lanes, which will double the output of the given plastic manufacturing equipment. Our Pouch Bag Machines have a long established dominance on the Asian Plastic Manufacturing Market. Their throughput capacity, their quality and design and other parameters are in line with the North American standards.

Our pouch bag machines have the following common features:

• Unwinding unit consisting of a horizontal shaft, either fold-plate or bottom gusseting system, and definitive tension control system using power brakes
• Film feeding using double and triple AC servo motor drive systems, computerized system settings, and photo-electric detection by color mark sensor
• Heat sealing blades using single AC asynchronous motor drive system
