The next step in the sales process is for us to identify which technology and OEM is the perfect match for your needs. For you, as a manufacturing operation, it is probably the single most important decision, to find the right technical solution. Therefore, we always encourage you to take your time and make a cautious and well-informed decision. Ask as many questions as you have, we’re here to help and only a phone call away. Call us at 604-277-1176 or 888-277-1176.
When it comes to smaller equipment, like a Corona Treater, we may be able to give you enough documentation, so you can actually make the decision without ever seeing the machine in real life. For bigger machines, we will provide you a variety of options to get familiar with the machine we recommend. We have a number of clients you can visit with us in North America where you can study and observe a similar machine to what you are considering for your business.
For some of our blown film extruders and cast film lines which involve a high level of technical customization, we may recommend a visit to our manufacturing partner. Having them demonstrate the technical details of their solution will be of advantage to you. And of course, we will accompany you on the visit making sure that all your questions are answered to your complete satisfaction.

For all our bigger equipment, like the bag making machines, extruders, cast film line, we encourage you to personally take part in the commissioning of your machine before it gets shipped out. For smaller equipment like the Corona Treaters or a Slitter Rewinder, we provide you as much written and video documentation of the commissioning as possible, so you feel comfortable with having the machined shipped to you without you being there at the commissioning in person.
At the commissioning of one of our major large equipments, we will run the machine at the factory according to your product specification. This is the best chance to check out the machine performance and finished product quality. Rest assured that we will fix any issues you may have during the trial in the factory. That way, when the machine arrives at your facility, it will be problem free and allows a speedy start up. We can also provide training for your operators at the factory.

Once you make a decision about a purchase of a machine, we establish a project plan that gives you a very clear timeline. The timeline varies depending on the type of machine. To give you an example, if you order a blown-film extruder machine, the manufacturing may take around three months. Shipping takes about a month, and then we will install the machine and train your manufacturing crew within about four to six weeks. Our guarantee is that once we have committed to a timeline, we always deliver on that!
